We would like to inform you of the 2nd round of sales and on-site pickup of an ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT (at “FATE” in L.A. ONLY).

If you are an ENGENE MEMBERSHIP (US) holder, you can purchase an ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT on Weverse Shop (US) and then pick it up on-site at the ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR “FATE” in L.A.

* For the purchase of ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT for on-site pickup, an unreleased photo card (random 1 out of 7) will be provided.

Sales Dates
From 17:00, Monday, September 25, 2023 to the end of the on-site pickup hours (PDT)
From 09:00, Tuesday, September 26, 2023 to the end of the on-site pickup hours (KST)

On-Site Pickup Dates
From 13:00 to 18:00, Friday, October 6, 2023 (PDT)
From 05:00 to 10:00, Saturday, October 7, 2023 (KST)

Purchase Limit:
You can purchase an additional ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT for on-site pickup even if you have already purchased one currently on sale.

How to Pick Up On-Site
1) Weverse Shop – ENHYPEN (US) – Purchase the “On-Site Pickup Only” product from the MEMBERSHIP category
2) Check the QR code on “MY – Order History”
3) Present your QR code to the staff when at the on-site pickup area, and pick up your MEMBERSHIP KIT
* For a smooth pickup process, please save your exchange ticket and order history after making your purchase.
[Important Notice Regarding Purchase and On-Site Pickup]
– You cannot cancel or receive a refund for purchases made during the 2nd round of sales (September 25 – October 6 (PDT) / September 26 – October 7 (KST))
– ENGENE MEMBERSHIP KIT for on-site pickup is only available to ENGENE MEMBERSHIP (US) holders whose membership has not expired.
– The membership card is not included. It will not be separately shipped after purchase or on-site pickup.
– We will be unable to ship or make a refund for purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours.
– Sales may end early when inventories for all items are exhausted.
– All transactions are made in USD. Paypal is accepted.
– You can purchase the product regardless of whether you watch the concert or not.
– Please make sure not to disclose the QR code received upon making your purchase from Weverse Shop to others, as purchases are picked up without identity verification.
– Exchange due to product defects can only be provided on-site at the venue, so please check your purchased item for defects upon receiving it.
– Please note that shopping bags will not be provided at the booth.
– The status under MY>Order History>Product Type & Status will be changed to “Pickup Complete” for all products, including those not picked up during on-site pickup hours.
