He isn’t sleepy yet so he was up watching engene vlogs and fan edits of enhypen he said there are lots of engenes who are good at editing.

He said he likes going to music shows because they can meet engenes up close, and see them smile genuinely watching them perform, seeing that always makes him happy and gives him good energy.

Someone commented that it’s lucky to be able to give and receive a lot of love and he agreed. He asked if engenes are happy because he thinks he is, he smiles a lot these days even if music shows can be tiring and they haven’t slept much. When engenes are happy he’s happy too.

Jungwon said he feels like Enhypen as a team is on such a good path right now that he wishes this moment could last forever. He thinks when he/they will look back and think of the past they’ll remember this moment and would want to remain there.

A comment said to just stay forever, Jungwon replied that there’s no forever but he’ll do his best, he’s a person that thinks the „now” is the most important (so he always approaches things to give everything in the moment). He doesn’t believe in anything lasting „forever” but he’s confident in himself that he will not change. Someone commented if he’ll remember (engenes?) forever though and he replied that of course he wouldn’t forget engenes, even if he can’t remember engenes personally, forgetting about engenes existence as a whole is like forgetting your mom or dad.

He was wondering if him saying „stay strong/cheer up” feels actually comforting, it’s something that can be seen as a throwaway phrase but it’s something he genuinely wishes – for engenes to stays strong and cheer up.

Jungwon shared that he started down the idol path because he likes singing and dancing and wasn’t really thinking of comforting/cheering up others, he wasn’t that familiar with idols. His thoughts about what being an idol means changed during i-land when they received messages from fans. What he finds fun in this job is that as time passes he gains new reasons and motivations, and it feels meaningful knowing he can comfort and give strength to many people. He thinks idol is one of the few jobs that you really can’t keep doing for a long time if you don’t love it, and thankfully he really loves it. He would want to be an idol in his next life too.
