I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I ordered this: https://shop.enhypen-official.us/products/the-sin-vanish-storm-ver-signed-exclusive and received it today. There is supposed to be a signed postcard but there are no signatures at all anywhere on anything in my order.

Can anyone confirm if they got a signature on their item? I'm emailing customer support to see if I can get a replacement.
