i got my ticket in my yoi preorder album just today and i’m trying to sign up for the online event benefit but i genuinely don’t know how to work the sign up 😭 when i put in my name it says that the characters are unusable, does this mean i need to translate my name in japanese and write it in? i’m so lost

Does it give you that for both the ‘Name’ and ‘Furigana’ sections? The furigana will likely need to be Japanese characters. Idk if they would require that for name.
The ‘Say’ section is where you will put your last name, and ‘May’ is where you put your first.
If you translate your name you will get it in katakana and then just put the same thing in the ‘Surname’ and ‘Say’ sections. Your first name will also be in katakana so you will put that in ‘Name’ and ‘May’.

Make sure it is set to english website so they don’t ask for your japanese name
